Anyone can access and use Flogo without the need for registration or the creation of an account. The app is available offline, and users are responsible for the decision to share their work. If users choose to share their work, they can claim authorship of their creations using the unique identifier saved in the .flogo files.
3. Application Modifications
Modifications to the app will be made through official app stores (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) and users will be able to download the latest version. There is no pre-notification required for updates.
4. Liability
Flogo is not responsible for any misuse of the app or any content shared by the user. As the app is not a registered trademark, users are responsible for ensuring they do not violate third-party intellectual property rights. We do not accept any responsibility for any damages caused by improper use of the app.
Additionally, Flogo is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the app, including errors in flowchart creation or system malfunctions. The app is provided free of charge, and we ask users to report any malfunctions or bugs for us to address in future updates.

Flogo is completely free, and there are no payments or pricing associated with its use.
6. Data Collection
Flogo does not collect any personal data from users. The app operates offline, and no user information is stored or transmitted.
7. Intellectual Property

Any flowchart or content created by the user remains the property of the user, with the exception of the application itself and its intellectual property. If users decide to share their work, they retain the rights to their creations, with an identifier stored in the .flogo files.

The app is provided "as is," and Flogo does not offer warranties or guarantees related to the app’s functionality or performance. By using the app, users agree that they do so at their own risk.
9. Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution
Flogo is developed in Italy, and any legal disputes related to the use of the app will fall under Italian jurisdiction. However, given the app is free of charge and primarily for educational use, disputes are expected to be minimal.
